4AD was one of the key Independent record labels of the 1980’s and 1990’s, championing innovative Indie music. XL Recordings
XL Recordings originally came to prominence during the 1990’s known for its Dance music acts such as the Prodigy. As the decade progressed XL Recordings widened its range of musical genres, putting itself at the heart of the British Indie music scene. More recently XL Recordings has enjoyed success as the home of Adele.

Fiction Records originally came to prominence as the independent record label home of influential UK Alternative Rock group The Cure.
